How an in-house design team became an extension of theirs — turning sketches into samples, fast.
Our customer works on some of the largest and most complex confectionery projects in the country, but their internal design team has limited engineering and sampling capabilities. They often start with a sketch, knife-cut paperboard, or an AI rendering and need to quickly turn those ideas into physical samples for customer presentations and approvals.
Our structural design team became an extension of theirs. We take early concepts — whether they’re digital, hand-drawn, or AI-generated — and turn them into production-ready carton designs. We consider everything from sampling and sales deadlines to machinery and operator capabilities, helping identify potential issues before a project reaches production, all while staying flexible to the way their business operates.
The customer gained the design and engineering support needed to pursue larger projects without significantly expanding their own team. They can move ideas from concept to sample faster, support seasonal surges, and take on complex confectionery programs with greater confidence.
“A production-floor problem that took showing up and listening to fix, not another vendor call.”
“When equipment couldn’t keep up with demand, we found a way to add capacity without tying up capital.”
